Here we go again
Happy New year to all that read my blog. I have not been here for sometime I know some people keep theirs up and I guess I just don't have that much to say. Things realy has changed alot sence I was coming here last year a whole lot.I was babysitting for the grandkids and helping Amy out and had a chance to spend some time with them. Amy no longer babysits and they moved to Union City ,In, they were in Dalevell, In. wich was a lot closer. Now it takes me an hour to get to there house and a lot more gas. Roberts x-wife is getting remarried and moving to Ill. so that means we will not get to see Roberts kids but maybe once a year. I am so glad we got to see them for awhile at Christmas she gave us a couple of days and Robert had a whole lot of family to take them around so they could get Christmas from them. Alot of the family was really upset about it but she has her rights too. I think I will get off this for awhile and talk about something else. Being retired has been nice I like it when I look outside and the snow is falling and I can stay inside where it is warm. I have been working on a pocketbook for a friend and she wants lots of pockets in it. The pattern doesn't call for pockets so I have to work them in. I am trying to do some little things to get ready for a church bazzar and bake sale in the spring we are trying to build a new church I like making thaings like pie carriers and aprons and oven mits just things like that. I have a whole lot of things I can make. I even have some small quilts I will put in. I have so many things I want to do I even want to make some doll clothes I have a couple of dolls that need clothes. I think I need to make a list and as I make them mark them off. I am proud of myself I have not bought any material in a long time I have been using up the stuff I have here. Most of it is calico material and that is what they used when my grandma was making baby quilts so it will be good for my quilts. I have such nice patterns and colors of material and most of it came from Aunt Elna or another friend from church. I think I will get off and start on my sewing till the next time. God Bless.
